Meet the Founder
Anna Gibson
Founder & Principal Designer
Anna’s deep-rooted creativity and 20+ years of design experience are the key ingredients to creating high-performing homes and executing each project to perfection. Her immersion in the world of design and construction, however, started long before that.
Born in Israel, Anna was raised by her father, a renowned civil engineer in the Old City of Jerusalem, and by her mother, who endlessly renovated every home they lived in. From an early age, Anna developed a deep appreciation for form, function, and unexpected innovation.
Now, nearly 20 years after starting her own design studio in Reston, VA, Anna has been recognized as one of the area’s best designers by Northern Virginia, Virginia Living, and Houzz. She has earned awards for “best features in a custom-designed kitchen” and been named a top design influencer by DesignHounds and Fixr.
When not traveling the world to gather inspiration, Anna enjoys engaging in local charity work, spending time with her husband and daughter, and cozying up with her Mini Goldendoodle, Harley.
Avery Daniel
Design Intern
A born and raised Restonian, Avery is on a path to Virginia Tech to major in Interior Design. From crafting nail art to envisioning captivating spaces, her passion for creative expression knows no bounds. With a knack for transforming ideas into tangible designs, Avery eagerly embraces the opportunity to assist with bringing fresh ideas to our clients’ spaces.
Beyond her design pursuits, Avery enjoys thrift store adventures, spontaneous travels, and memorable moments with friends. With a lifelong dedication to turning ideas into reality, Avery is ready to tackle any project with creativity and enthusiasm.
Sydney Phommachanh
Marketing Specialist
Combining her passion for creativity and analysis, Sydney found her niche in the marketing world after graduating from Virginia Commonwealth University. She spent three years refining her skills before embarking on a journey towards a Master of Science in Business Analytics at George Mason University.
When she’s not immersed in marketing operations, Sydney can be found indulging in her love for baking, exploring the literary world, or jet-setting to new destinations. Currently, she’s mastering French pastries in her kitchen, diving into Truman Capote’s literary classics, and preparing to travel to her 20th country.
Harley
Wellness Officer
Harley is a common fixture in our design studio, where he is always ready to greet clients, support our team with cuddles and kisses, and win over hearts with his puppy-dog eyes.
When he’s not hard at work, Harley can be found exploring new places, enjoying a belly rub, or taking a well-deserved nap.
