When Three Become One

This empty-nester couple may only see their kids occasionally, but they love hosting family and friends. Originally, their split-level home had three rooms–and as Goldilocks would say, they were all too big or too small. We made it just right.

Removing the walls allowed us to design the whole main floor, adding a large open kitchen with ample counter space, storage, and seating, and new space for a dining table. Everything is open so they can all be together and watch Army football. #GOARMY
